    Who was noble white electrocorundum created for?

    Noble white electrocorundum (white corundum) is a mineral, synthetic abrasive with an aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) content of over 99%, intended for tasks requiring maximum cleanliness, high chemical resistance and precision of processing. Due to the lack of free silica and metallic impurities (iron, titanium), it is used in industries with the highest requirements - from the medical and dental industries to electronics, optics and premium abrasive tools. Perfect for materials sensitive to discoloration, chemical reactivity and micro-scratches.

    What distinguishes white corundum from other standard solutions?

    Production method and structure are the key to success

    White corundum is produced by melting purified aluminum oxide in an arc furnace at temperatures above 2000°C. The material is crushed mechanically and sorted according to FEPA granulation. The obtained grains have sharp edges and a homogeneous structure, which ensures high processing intensity and precision of work.

    Thanks to this, white corundum can be used where other materials cannot be used due to metallic impurities or too high risk of surface damage.

    Medical and dental industry

    In prosthetics, dental surgery and cosmetic treatments (e.g. dermabrasion), where each particle of the material must be chemically neutral, sterile and dust-free.

    Production of abrasive tools

    As an abrasive for top-class grinding wheels, micro-grinding and finishing products in precision manufacturing.

    Electronics, optical, glass industry

    For surface preparation of ceramic components, printed circuit boards, lenses and quartz elements – wherever only minimal tolerance of contamination is allowed.

    Process analysis – We do not start projects without a thorough understanding of the current process. Therefore, in the initial phase of the project, we precisely analyze the client's current challenges and problems to check the room for potential optimization. If we jointly recognize that the current state can be improved in terms of quality and economics, we continue the project.

    Measurements and tests – We come to the client to audit the process. We verify machine settings, take samples, talk to operators who are closest to the process, check the level of surface blasting and analyze the results.

    Tests and training – In order to reduce the risk of changes introduced in the customer's conditions, we carry out tests on selected material in the test center in Łódź. We evaluate the results, consider possible corrections, and then prepare an action plan for the following months. We train employees in the areas to which they need to pay more attention and introduce the necessary procedures that will allow the team to maintain the established process parameters in the long term.

    Process supervision – We continue project cooperation. We provide regular support aimed at cyclical monitoring of the process after changes in the client's process. This allows customers to even better understand the key quality and financial aspects related to processing.
