Sorbent Protector – Alutec-Protector is the solution to the problem of contaminated shot. It effectively removes oils and greases, and its regular use improves the efficiency and quality of the shot blasting process.

SP-Unit Dispenser – The SP-Unit dispenser is a piece of shot blasting equipment that streamlines operation and solves the problem of properly dosing the agent that prevents abrasive oiling. Precise application of the absorbent into the blasting chamber is essential for achieving the desired results, in the form of shot free from liquid contaminants, which cause abrasive clumping and ineffective surface treatment.

Śrutowanie stali

Shot blasting steel is one of the best surface treatment methods. The blasting process involves cleaning parts with a stream of steel shot – depending on the desired effect and degree of contamination – spherical or sharp-edged. Abrasive particles, propelled by rotors or pressurized air, remove rust, contaminants, and old coatings from the surface.

We provide metal sandblasting services using various types of sandblasters: Sandblasting chamber – 5000 x 2300 x 2300 mm; Sandblasting booth – 1000 x 1400 x 1000 mm; Sandblasting booth – 700 x 900 x 700 mm. Sandblasting abrasives: Electrocorundum, glass granulate, glass beads.

Our micro-bead blasting equipment: Cabin I: 1000 x 1400 x 1000 mm; Cabin II: 700 x 900 x 700 mm; Cabin III: 300 x 250 x 230 mm. Abrasives: Granulate, microspheres and glass powder.
