Coating Tests and Quality Control
To support our customers in making informed choices about abrasives for their blasting processes, we conduct a range of laboratory tests. We conduct surface profile and coating thickness tests, corrosion resistance tests, surface salinity tests (including salt spray tests), and adhesion tests.
These rigorous procedures allow us to verify the properties of coatings and ensure they meet international standards. This quality control ensures that the treated surface achieves the required adhesion for even the most demanding anti-corrosion systems.
