    Diamant broken shot

    Diamant broken shot

Guarantee of the highest efficiency and reduction of shot blasting time by up to half.

Who was the DIAMANT broken shot created for?

DIAMANT is a solution dedicated to companies that are looking for real savings in the abrasive blasting process. Its use is recommended primarily where the speed of the process, the intensity of scale removal and precise surface preparation are important - e.g. in the production of steel structures or agricultural machines. For manufacturers exporting products to coastal areas (Onshore, Offshore), DIAMANT shot is also a response to the requirements of Breasl tests - its production quality reaches the lowest level of salinity in the industry.

What distinguishes DIAMANT pellets from other standard solutions?

The most important feature of DIAMANT shot is its very high grain machinability, which shortens the processing time by up to 50%. This translates directly into a lower cost of blasting 1 m² of surface – even by 20-40%. Thanks to its sharp edges, the shot maintains high cleaning efficiency throughout the entire operating cycle. Unlike standard abrasives, DIAMANT maintains stable operating parameters, which affects the repeatability of the process and the quality of the final details. We also offer an implementation test option – to facilitate the decision without investment risk.

Production method and structure are the key to success

DIAMANT pellets are produced using a uniform water bath – each batch is poured into a vat with continuous recirculation of process water, which minimizes the salt content in the grain structure. This is crucial for applications in highly corrosive areas where salt levels affect the quality of protective coatings. Full packaging automation ensures the possibility of preparing dedicated mixtures for specific customer production requirements.

In which industry will DIAMANT shot be suitable?

    Onshore and offshore shipbuilding industry

The reliability of anti-corrosion coatings is crucial in aggressive marine environments. Perfect adhesion is required, based on a precisely controlled roughness profile. At the same time, the scale of the projects forces us to reduce the risk of any machine downtime or complaints about the applied anti-corrosion systems. DIAMANT broken pellets provide ideal sharp-edged grain geometry, necessary to obtain an aggressive and precisely controlled surface profile. It is this profile that is the foundation for maximum adhesion and extending the life cycle of the structure.

    Agricultural machinery manufacturers

Durable coatings are necessary due to contact with soil and chemicals, but complex profiles and joints require full cleaning in a short time. Ineffective separation and dust destabilize the process and increase operating costs. DIAMANT guarantees the fastest and thorough cleaning of hard-to-reach places and the removal of old coatings, which leads to the maximum use of the potential of the pneumatic process. As a result, cleaning is 30-50% shorter while significantly reducing compressed air consumption.

Manufacturers of steel structures and products

Diverse batches and deadline pressure make shot blasting a bottleneck. Mismatched abrasive results in too long a cycle, lack of the required cleanliness class (Sa) and the need to repeat the process. DIAMANT allows for precise control of parameters and obtaining the required purity class (e.g. Sa 2.5 or Sa 3) in the first pass. A stable working mixture with broken shot has a higher impact energy and “opens” the steel surface more effectively, eliminating the need for repeated processing, while shortening the exposure time. A surface cleaned with DIAMANT shot will meet the requirements of even the most demanding anti-corrosion inspectors.

Is your company from a different industry? Never mind!

DIAMANT is used in many sectors: from specialized vehicles to the lifting and automotive industries. Thanks to technical support and individual selection of parameters, we are able to adapt the shot blasting process to any production environment. If you need durability, purity and safety of the process – DIAMANT will be the right choice.
