Collaborating with Alumetal-Technik is a design-led approach based on data and analysis of the client’s current situation and goals.

During a technical audit, we collect samples of the operational mix and conduct a detailed analysis in our laboratory. Based on this, we prepare a report with specific recommendations: from selecting the right abrasive and machine parameters to eliminating poor operating habits that reduce efficiency.

For us, shot blasting is not a standalone step, but a foundation of production, influencing the entire production chain, from surface preparation, through painting, to final assembly.

Alumetal-Technik Service Center – What do we do?

At our Center in Łódź, we conduct tests and provide surface treatment services using high-quality shot blasting machines and high-performance abrasives. We only use materials we recommend ourselves – such as:

• VERA® ball shot and Diamant crushed shot from the German foundry Eisenwerk Würth GmbH (we are their exclusive distributor in Poland),
• SPAJIC shot designed to drastically reduce shot blasting time.

Our machinery includes:

• TZNZ 2 overhead shot blasting machine with a movable turbine block,
• TZB 1 drum shot blasting machine (Kovo Staněk, s.r.o.),
• multi-format shot blasting chamber (BemaKor),
• booths and chambers for glass blasting and sandblasting of steel, aluminum, and non-ferrous metals,
• two painting lines powder coating with GEMA applicators and a 3500 x 1500 x 2000 mm oven.

  We process both large structures and batches of small components. We serve clients from many industries, including automotive, furniture, and fencing systems.

  At Alumetal-Technik’s headquarters in Łódź, we provide services in the following areas:

  • powder coating of various types of parts;
  • shot blasting of steel in rotating machines and a pneumatic blasting chamber;
  • bead blasting of stainless steel, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metals and their alloys;
  • sandblasting of metals in blasting chambers and booths.
