Industrial experience
The Alumetal-Technik company is not only a brand, it is primarily a history of hard work and passion for abrasive blasting. Over the years, we have built our position on the market by analyzing shot-blasting processes in industries with various specificities and achieving advanced production goals, which allowed us to gain the trust of leading Polish production plants. It is these experiences gained in projects where every element of the process was important for the client that taught us how to effectively conduct an expert opinion and plan and implement changes that will affect the optimization of indicators that are key from the client’s perspective.
We support the development and optimization of shot blasting processes
We cooperate with leading manufacturers from industries including automotive, agriculture, steel, energy, foundry, forging and fasteners. Each of them poses different challenges – and this is what drives us, giving us a broader perspective on what we can achieve together with a given client.
We know the realities of production – lines cannot stand still and the result must be repeatable: clean detail, proper roughness, low part consumption and predictable cycle cost.
We know that:
• the separator is the heart of the shot blasting machine – it must operate repeatably and without losses,
• electricity, replacement of spare parts and personnel costs are the key operating costs,
• unstable abrasive leads to dusting, filter clogging and extended cleaning cycles.
That’s why we help companies implement changes in such a way that:
• reduce the consumption of spare parts,
• shorten machining cycle times
• stabilize the separator’s operation,
• achieve real savings in TCO costs – up to 20-40% annually.

Types and areas of surface treatment that we know
Machining various materials:
- Steel processing – cleaning, descaling, preparation before painting or galvanizing
- Aluminum processing – matting, cleaning, preparation before anodizing or painting
- Processing of steel and aluminum sheets – removing oxides, scale, improving coating adhesion
- Cast iron processing – cleaning of castings, removal of molding sand residues and corrosion
- Processing of stainless and acid-resistant steel – decorative or technical glass blasting
- Processing of non-ferrous metals – gentle cleaning of copper, brass, bronze
Processing according to the purpose of the process:
- Surface preparation before applying protective coatings (painting, varnishing, hot-dip galvanizing and electroplating, powder coatings)
- Cleaning and regeneration of surfaces – removal of rust, paint, scale, industrial deposits
- Giving technological roughness – improving the adhesion of coatings or obtaining the desired visual effect
- Matting or polishing the surface – depending on the type of abrasive and processing parameters
- Removing residues from welding, cutting and forming processes
Other related areas related to machining
- Preparation for anti-corrosion processes
- Anti-corrosion protection (selection of appropriate preparation for galvanizing or painting)
- Selection and control of abrasive – parameters, regeneration, cleanliness, work efficiency
- Optimization of shot blasting processes – selection of machines, parameters, filtration and recycling systems
- Training of operators and audits of surface treatment processes
