Reliable shot blasting machines with a rotary table

The TZS is a table-top shot blasting machine equipped with a rotary table, on which a massive workpiece, such as a casting, can be placed, which is then blasted with a stream of abrasive material falling from above. Table-top shot blasting machines are primarily designed for blasting heavy, irregularly shaped workpieces that would be difficult to blast in other machines. They significantly simplify work, eliminating the need to hang or rotate workpieces during blasting.

TZS Table Shot Blasting Machine Design

The TZS table shot blasting machine is fully configurable. Its design can be precisely tailored to the customer’s needs. The blast chamber, like the rotary table, is made of abrasion-resistant steel – the material is fed from the front or by a crane from above. Rotating workpieces are cleaned using an obliquely directed abrasive stream.

As with other machines from the Czech company Kovo Staněk, the table-top shot blasters also feature a unique, patented turbine design. Double bearings on the electric motor shaft significantly increase their service life, and standard inverters allow for smooth adjustment of the blast wheel speed.

Standard equipment on the table-top shot blasters and other machines from this Czech manufacturer includes built-in filtration and abrasive separation systems, and a color touchscreen display with a Polish-language menu and a setting memory option.
