TZZS – universal shot blasting machines for industry
We want to develop the shot blasting method and introduce innovative solutions, materials, and machines. A key element in this process is our collaboration with the Czech manufacturer of rotating machinery, Kovo Staněk, s.r.o., which resulted in the introduction of the TZZS suspension-table shot blasting machine with a movable turbine block to Alumetal-Technik’s offering.
The TZZS shot blasting machine with a movable turbine block is a hybrid device combining the advantages of the TZNZ suspension shot blasting machine with a movable turbine block and the TZS table-top shot blasting machine. Due to its versatility, it is recommended primarily to companies with a diversified production profile.
Advantages of the TZZS Hanger Shot Blasting Machine
Like other Kovo Staněk equipment, the hook-and-bench shot blasting machines are equipped with patented, long-life turbines. Their innovative design lies in the proprietary design of the electric motor shaft flange, which is equipped with a special sealing ring and two bearings. This extends the lifespan and reduces maintenance costs for the blast wheel.
The hook-and-bench shot blasting machines are equipped with frequency inverters as standard, allowing for smooth turbine power adjustment. The machine is controlled via a touchscreen with a Polish interface. The PLC can be connected to the internet, allowing for remote diagnosis and repair of faults without involving service.
An efficient filtration system with a filter life of up to 18,000 hours and a built-in abrasive separator ensure cleanliness in the work area, which, when properly operated, contributes to low failure rates.
