    TZNZ suspension rotor shot blasting machines with a movable turbine block

    TZNZ suspension rotor shot blasting machines with a movable turbine block

    Our goal is to continuously improve abrasive blasting and optimize our customers’ processes. That’s why we’ve become the exclusive Polish representative of Kovo Staněk, s.r.o., the most innovative manufacturer of shot blasting machines in Europe. TZNZ shot blasting machines with a moving turbine block are the Czech company’s flagship product.

    TZNZ shot blasting machines may seem like ordinary shot blasting machines, but thanks to their unique, patented solutions, they allow us to reinvent the shot blasting process. These solutions allow TZNZ shot blasting machines to operate faster and more precisely, while consuming less shot and less electricity.

    Features and Equipment of the TZNZ Shot Blasting Machine

    • Movable turbine block with a tilt angle of up to 35°;
    • Y-shaped track with two rotating hooks;
    • Inverters in the turbines are standard;
    • Integrated PLC panel in Polish with a setting memory option;
    • No need to create a foundation pit;
    • Abrasive separation and filtration systems are standard;

    Movable Turbine Block

    The movable turbine block is a solution that completely changes the method of shot blasting in turbine blast machines. During the process, the suspension rotates inside the chamber, but instead of moving to expose the workpiece to the abrasive stream, the blast wheels deflect by up to 35 degrees, sweeping the workpiece with the shot. The deflection range of the blast wheels is shown in the figure below.

    moving turbine block

    This solution allows the TZNZ hook shot blaster of the same dimensions to clean larger components than a device without a moving turbine block. The ability to control the shot discharge direction allows for precise targeting of the shot at key points on the part. This makes the rotary shot blaster an indispensable device wherever precision impact on components is essential, regardless of their size.

    Turbines with increased service life

    Another unique solution used in all Kovo Staněk rotary shot blasting machines is the MT 350 turbines, whose unique feature is the double bearing of the electric motor shaft. The front flange of the blasting wheel motor has been designed from scratch – it contains two bearings and a special sealing ring. This reinforcement significantly increases the service life of this highly stressed part and reduces the blasting wheel maintenance costs.

    TZNZ ‑ New Generation Hanger Shot Blasters

    The combination of the above solutions, along with other improvements – including: Reducing the number of electric drives and using a higher-efficiency gearbox makes TZNZ hook shot blasters with a movable turbine block one of the most modern, efficient, and economical devices available on the market. If you are interested in testing and purchasing TZNZ shot blasters,

    Will a TZNZ shot blaster work in your conditions?

    We understand that choosing a shot blaster must be a conscious decision on the customer’s part. The machine must meet specific production goals within a given timeframe and comply with all health and safety regulations. For this reason, we always recommend visiting our test center in Łódź, along with the parts that will ultimately be shot blasted in the machine, so you can assess the machine itself and the surface quality after processing. Therefore, if you are currently looking for a drum machine, testing with us may be a good next step. Contact our technical advisor and plan the test schedule and date together.
