The TZZS hook-type shot blasting machine with the moving block of turbines and turning table is a hybrid device that will work in every workshop and factory, especially in companies with diversified production profile.
The TZZS wheel blasting machine is similar to other hook-type machines from our offer. Its blasting chamber is made of massive, abrasion-resistant steel, on the top of it is placed the Y-shaped rail with two hooks. Blasting wheels are placed on the moving block with swig angle up to 55˚. Inside the blasting chamber is the turning table, which allows cleaning elements which cannot be hooked.
Like other Kovo Staněk’s machines, the TZZS is equipped with MT 350 turbines with extended life-time – the project is protected by a patent. The tension on the entire turbine is reduced by the innovative, double-bearing motor shaft. The standard equipment of our blasting machines is turbine inverters, which allows regulating engine power.
The blasting machine can be controlled through the touch screen. Thanks to online diagnostic system many problems can be solved without engaging the service unit. The device is covered by two years warranty and our service will react within 48 hours.
