Sandblasting process is about spraying the surface with abrasive, which cleans it from rust, scratches and oxidized layers.
We are sandblasting all elements in:
• a sandblasting chamber with dimensions of 5000 x 2300 x 2300 mm
• pneumatic sandblasting cabin with closed abrasive circuit.
The choice of a sandblasting machine depends on the size of the components.
In the process we are using ecological materials, safe for operators like glass grit or fused alumina. We always clean the surface to class Sa 3, the highest level of surface preparation. Due to use mineral abrasives, we can clean stainless steel and non-ferrous metals without risk of soiling the surface with dust susceptible to rust.
Price of the service is set individually, depending on the abrasive material, size of the detail and surface degradation level.
